These two blocks of own rooted Cabernet Sauvignon were planted in 1968 and 1971 in the highlands of Carmel. In 2021, we fermented the small amount we recieved in new French Oak and subsequently aged the wine in once used French Oak. Wild yeast. Unfined. Unfiltered.
